Services

ScanLogiq provides 3D laser scanning, reality capture, and Scan to BIM services, connecting clients with vetted scanning professionals and producing BIM deliverables. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or quotes.

Quotes and Project Requests

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract. A project is confirmed only when both parties agree in writing to scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.

Scanner Partners

Scanning professionals who apply to our network act as independent contractors, not employees of ScanLogiq. Acceptance into the network is at our discretion and may require verification of equipment, insurance, and qualifications.

Intellectual Property

Deliverables are licensed or transferred to the client as set out in the applicable project agreement. Website content, branding, and materials remain the property of ScanLogiq unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanLogiq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the applicable project.

Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for survey-grade accuracy, deliverables are provided based on site conditions at the time of capture and the agreed level of detail. Clients are responsible for verifying critical dimensions before construction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
